The Quinta do Crasto Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from Cobrançosa, Madural, and Negrinha de Freixo olives, harvested from 2,640 century-old trees in the estate’s grove (Cima Corgo, Douro region).
Tasting Profile
Ripe fruity profile with notes of mature tomato, dried fruits, and banana. On the palate, it’s well-balanced between sweet, bitter, and spicy, revealing flavors of ripe tomato, banana, and apple. The finish is long and slightly peppery.
