2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of handmade products available on www.madalenaajanela.com.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms.

3. Products

The products offered are artisanal creations produced in limited editions. Each item is described as accurately as possible.
Images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly match the delivered product.
Product availability is limited to current stock. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed and refunded within 14 days.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
Shipping costs are indicated during the checkout process.
Madalena à Janela reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Orders

An order is only considered valid once payment has been confirmed.
The customer will receive an email confirming the order and its details.
Madalena à Janela reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

6. Payment

Payment can be made by bank card, bank transfer, or through secure platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
All transactions are secure. The order will only be shipped once payment is confirmed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to EU countries, to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Madalena à Janela is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. In case of damage or loss, the customer must contact the carrier and notify our customer service.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, please email us with your order number.
Returned items must be in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for customized or special-order products.

9. Guarantees

All products are covered by legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with EU law.
If a product is defective, the customer must contact us by email within a reasonable period.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, brand name, illustrations, etc.) are the exclusive intellectual property of Madalena à Janela or their respective creators.
Any reproduction, copy, or use is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

11. Personal Data Protection

The data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), customers may at any time request access to, modification of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us via email.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These GTCS are governed by Portuguese law. In case of a dispute, we will always seek an amicable solution. Failing that, Portuguese courts shall have jurisdiction.
