Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns must be sent to the address provided by email. Any item returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged items or order errors

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can find a solution.


Exceptions / Non-refundable items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Personal care products (cosmetics, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the current one and place a new order after your return is approved.


Right of withdrawal – 14 days (European Union)

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing to give a reason. The return conditions remain the same: unused product, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

You’ll be notified once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
